---Arch Collection---
I guess I forgot the main focus for the company =) Thanks for reminding.
Anyway after thorough research I finally found the reason for people to buy from Arch Collection! Yay! =D The main craft they focus on is the Heritage Collection. It is a miniature model of real buildings found in Malaysia (made with wood). It is unique and their competitors don't have that!

Website Analysis
After browsing and observing the current site for Arch Collection, I realized that it is actually a quite good website. However, there are still room for improvement. =)
Improvements:
-- Throughout the website. Black type on red background is difficult to read.
-- "vision and mission" page. The words are almost impossible to read.
-- Needs better hierarchy
Positive Aspect:
-- Listing of products
-- Helpful and friendly navigation
Target Audience / Client's Analysis
The target audience will be:
--Tourist (Middle Eastern & Western)
-- Age group: adults - elderly
-- Those who fancy architecture and craft
Competing Brand(s)
Brand: Malaysian Craft
Positive Aspect:
--has more Malaysian identity

--Less consistent
Brand: Royal Selangor
Positive Aspect:
-- looks more corporate

-- less friendly navigation
I wrote 2 brands here because I am not sure if Royal Selangor is Arch Collection's competitor.
They both sell souvenirs but Royal Selangor sells pewter. =S

The Greatest Game of All..has ended!
It was a much anticipated event. Many years in the making. Sportsmen (and women) strove hard to bring glory to their motherland, fighting with blood, sweat and tears..
But now that it has ended..let's commemorate the event by watching some ads I found from youtube. kekeke =B
